We have never been more disconnected from our food.

What are we eating? And the animals we consume; what have they been eating? What is sprayed on our fruit and vegetables and when were they picked? What do all those numbers on the labels mean? Where does our food actually come from? The questions are endless.

My mission is to reconnect people with their food and inspire them to live more naturally. 

On our regular market tours, we explore what the local markets have to offer. Meet local farmers and food producers, find out first hand about what it is you are really eating and drinking. 

You can create your own food trail, try before you buy or simply enjoy a morning out in the fresh air. Now that's my idea of shopping!
